• Quote form: name, email, phone, company, event type, date, location, expected attendees, setting, budget range, requirements and any file you attach.
• Newsletter: your email address, whether you confirmed it, and when.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

• To answer your message and prepare quotes and proposals you asked for.
• To send the newsletter, only after you confirm your subscription by email.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in a database at our web hosting provider and sent to our team inbox through our email provider. Attachments to quote requests are delivered by email only. We don't sell your data and only share it with these service providers, who process it on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside your country.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and quote requests for as long as needed to handle them and to meet our business record-keeping obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under China's Personal Information Protection Law or the EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@quantum-wings.net and we'll reply within 30 days.
